Terms of use

This portal is provided to authorized customers and staff of Howe Sound Solutions Inc. for managing INNCOM guestroom-automation support: service tickets, approved documentation, property equipment records, and parts requests. Access is granted per account and may be suspended or revoked at any time. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Technical guidance provided through the portal (including INNBot) is decision support, not a substitute for a qualified technician. Confirm compatibility and safety with Howe Sound before acting on any wiring, voltage, programming, or part-replacement guidance.

Privacy

We collect only what the portal needs to support you: your name, work email, phone (optional), the property you are associated with, and the support/parts history you create. This data is used to operate your support relationship with Howe Sound Solutions — not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Your data is scoped to your property and organization: other customers cannot see it, and internal-only notes and pricing are never exposed to customer accounts. Documents and messages you submit are treated as data, not instructions to any automated system.

You can request a copy of your account data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account (which removes your personal details while retaining the property's service records). Manage this from your account page or contact us.
